Welcome to Transfiguration Catholic Church and School

Transfiguration Catholic Church and School is located in the east side of the Twin Cities and is home to more than 1400 households, many of whom have worshipped and learned as part of the Transfiguration community for generations. While these Parish households represent a strong, continuous thread in our Parish history, new individuals and families are welcome and encouraged to join our Parish community as we live our Catholic Faith through The Sacraments and prayer, service to others and social activities.

Our Parish includes a large highly-regarded school with approximately 360 students in Preschool – 8th Grade, Faith Formation program serving more than 300 youth, a variety of adult education opportunities, and a pervasive spirit of volunteerism.
